The team at The Langston is continuing to work with Epping community groups and residents via quarterly Construction Liaison Committee (CLC) meetings. At the November meeting, our CLC members – representing local residents and a mix of community groups such as the Epping Civic Trust, Save Epping’s Forest Park, the Rotary Club of Epping, the Epping Chamber of Commerce and Epping Library – discussed upcoming project milestones and received a construction update from our construction contractors, Hutchinson Builders.
During the meeting, CLC members also had the chance to inspect progress from the site’s new viewing platform, which has been erected adjacent to the sales gallery on Langston Place. From this vantage point, our members had an easterly perspective over site and were able to see down to the project’s foundations and view the preparations for the site’s first suspended slabs.
